Terms of Service

Effective date: August 2, 2026

These Terms govern access to ARTyre’s websites, applications, profiles, discovery tools, job and grant listings, messaging, classes, commissions, marketplace features, and related services.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where you live. You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, and all activity conducted through your account.

2. Platform role

Unless ARTyre expressly states otherwise, ARTyre provides technology that helps users discover, communicate, list, and transact. ARTyre is not the artist, buyer, employer, grant maker, instructor, shipper, insurer, appraiser, or legal representative in user-to-user arrangements.

3. User content and licenses

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ARTyre a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, display, distribute, back up, and promote that content only as reasonably needed to operate and market the service. You represent that you possess all rights required to upload and use the content.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not infringe intellectual property, misrepresent authorship or authenticity, commit fraud, harass others, upload malicious code, scrape the service without permission, evade access controls, manipulate engagement, or use ARTyre unlawfully.

5. Marketplace, classes, jobs, grants, and commissions

Users are responsible for listings, eligibility claims, pricing, taxes, fulfillment, shipping, insurance, professional licensing, refunds, and compliance. Grant and job information may change; verify all terms with the issuing organization. ARTyre does not guarantee sales, employment, funding, audience growth, or commission outcomes.

6. Payments

ARTyre will not process a real payment until a compliant payment provider is activated. When payments are introduced, additional seller, buyer, refund, payout, tax, and payment-provider terms may apply. Never submit payment information through a page marked demo or preview.

7. Intellectual property

ARTyre’s software, brand, interface, and original platform materials are protected by intellectual-property law. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these Terms.

8. Suspension and termination

ARTyre may restrict, remove, or terminate accounts or content to protect users, enforce policies, comply with law, or address security and operational risks.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, ARTyre disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARTyre and its owners, affiliates, personnel, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, reputational loss, or user disputes. ARTyre’s aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or amounts you paid ARTyre during the preceding twelve months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ARTyre and its owners, affiliates, personnel, and contractors from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, listings, transactions, conduct, legal violations, infringement, or breach of these Terms, to the extent allowed by law.

12. Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law identified by ARTyre’s operating entity. Before public launch, ARTyre will publish the final governing-law, venue, arbitration, and class-action provisions approved by counsel.

13. Contact

Legal notices may be sent to legal@artyre.net.

These platform policies are operational templates and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before accepting payments, holding funds, offering escrow, or launching broadly.
