The marketplace is currently a preview unless a listing expressly states that live payments are enabled.
Sellers
Sellers are responsible for title, authenticity, condition, rights, edition information, pricing, taxes, packaging, shipping, insurance, and fulfillment.
Buyers
Buyers must review listing details and communicate promptly about delivery or condition issues.
ARTyre’s role
ARTyre provides platform tools and is not the seller, appraiser, authenticator, insurer, carrier, or tax adviser. ARTyre does not guarantee authenticity, condition, delivery, value, or future resale.
Payments and fees
Live transactions may be processed by a third-party payment provider and will be subject to additional disclosed fees and provider terms.
