ARTyre respects intellectual-property rights and may remove content or restrict repeat infringers.
Copyright notice
A notice should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
A user whose content was removed may submit a legally sufficient counter-notice identifying the removed material, consenting to applicable jurisdiction, and stating under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
Submission
Send notices to copyright@artyre.net. ARTyre should register and publish its designated DMCA agent before public launch in the United States.
Repeat infringers
ARTyre may terminate accounts associated with repeated or serious infringement.
