This policy explains how ARTyre collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information.
Information collected
ARTyre may collect account and profile information, contact details, uploaded content, messages, preferences, location information you provide, transaction metadata, device information, IP address, cookies, and usage analytics. Payment-card data should be collected only by a compliant payment provider when payments are activated.
How information is used
Information may be used to authenticate accounts, provide and personalize features, operate recommendations and notifications, moderate content, prevent fraud, support users, improve performance, comply with law, and communicate service updates.
Sharing
Information may be shared with infrastructure, authentication, storage, analytics, communications, moderation, and payment providers; with other users when you choose public or transactional features; during a business transaction; or when legally required. ARTyre does not sell personal information for money.
Public content
Public profiles, artwork, comments, listings, and social activity may be visible to users, search engines, and third parties. Removing content may not immediately remove cached or previously shared copies.
Retention and security
ARTyre retains information as reasonably necessary for operations, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information, and may opt out of certain communications. Requests may be sent to privacy@artyre.net.
Children
ARTyre is not directed to children under 13, and accounts are intended for adults unless a legally compliant youth program is introduced.
International use
Information may be processed in the United States and other places where ARTyre or its providers operate.
Updates
ARTyre may update this policy and will post the revised effective date.
