Refund and Cancellation Policy

ARTyre does not currently process live marketplace payments. When commerce launches, each listing will disclose the applicable seller, class, commission, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase.
Custom work, digital licenses, limited editions, event tickets, and completed services may have different cancellation rights. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
These platform policies are operational templates and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before accepting payments, holding funds, offering escrow, or launching broadly.
