Required conduct
- Upload only content you have authority to share.
- Disclose materially AI-generated or AI-assisted work where required by a listing or program.
- Represent artwork, edition size, provenance, pricing, credentials, and availability accurately.
- Respect privacy, consent, and professional boundaries.
Prohibited content and behavior
- Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, doxxing, fraud, impersonation, spam, malware, or illegal activity.
- Stolen artwork, deceptive provenance, counterfeit goods, or manipulated applications.
- Sexual exploitation or content involving minors.
- Attempts to evade moderation or platform safeguards.
ARTyre may remove content, limit distribution, suspend features, or terminate accounts.
These platform policies are operational templates and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before accepting payments, holding funds, offering escrow, or launching broadly.
