Large-Scale Mural for City Hall

The City of Portland seeks an experienced muralist to create a 40×15 ft mural celebrating the city's history and diversity. The mural will be installed on the east-facing exterior wall of City Hall. We seek bold, vibrant work that reflects the multicultural community.

The selected artist will work closely with the Office of Public Art and community stakeholders through a collaborative design process. Three design concepts will be reviewed with the community before final approval.

Compensation includes a full materials budget, artist fee, scaffolding rental, and liability insurance coverage.
